All our beer specialities are brewed according to the German tradition, which allows no other ingredients than hops, water and barley. But we go even further than this:

Only fresh deep spring water as well as „real“ hops are used and our Hirschberger beer is given all the time and patience it needs to develop a deep and pure flavor.
